Every Alateen group needs active, adult members of Al-Anon to serve as Sponsors—basically safety monitors for Alateen meetings. If you are at least 25 years old, have been an active member of Al-Anon for at least two years, and are willing to share your program, Alateen sponsorship may be for you.

Alateen training for New York City is administered by the New York South Area Assembly, which covers NYC, Long Island and the suburban counties in southern New York State. If you live in this region and are interested in learning more, contact nys.alateen60@gmail.com
